VINQUE currently ships only within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method selected and will be displayed at checkout.

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

5. Delivery Issues

- Lost or Stolen Packages: VINQUE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly for resolution.

- P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
- Shipping Addresses: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. VINQUE is not responsible for delays or issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
